Omnii V1Effective July 2, 2026

Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Omnii V1, available at Omnii.fun, collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use the game, connect a wallet, create a username, enter rounds, submit scores, view leaderboards, or interact with related social media features.

1. Information We Collect

We collect the information needed to operate a competitive, wallet-connected arcade game:

  • Wallet information, including your public wallet address and wallet provider connection status.
  • Profile information, including the username you create for your wallet.
  • Round and entry information, including round ID, entry status, payment signature, entry fee, pot amount, and timestamps.
  • Gameplay information, including score, duration, tap count, replay event data, replay hash, validation status, and anti-cheat flags.
  • Leaderboard and winner information, including username, wallet address, score, round number, pot amount, payout status, and settlement records.
  • Technical information, such as server logs, browser type, request timestamps, IP address, error logs, and security/rate-limit signals.
  • Admin information, if applicable, including the public wallet address used to access the admin dashboard.

2. Wallets and Blockchain Data

Omnii V1 uses wallet connections for authentication, entry payments, and payouts. We do not ask for or store your seed phrase, private key, or wallet recovery phrase. Blockchain transactions are public by nature, and information such as wallet addresses, payment signatures, and transfers may remain visible on the Solana blockchain independently of Omnii V1.

3. Replay Data and Anti-Cheat

We store replay and session data so scores can be validated, suspicious scores can be reviewed, leaderboards can remain fair, and winner videos can be generated later. Replay data may include gameplay events such as taps, obstacle timing, run duration, and score-related metadata. This data is used for game integrity, dispute review, social media content, and product improvement.

4. Social Media and Winner Posts

Omnii V1 may generate and publish social media content about rounds, pots, top scores, and winners. This content may include your username, score, round number, pot size in SOL and USD, and a replay video if you win a round. Do not use a username that reveals personal information you do not want shown publicly.

5. How We Use Information

  • Provide wallet login, username profiles, entries, gameplay, leaderboards, and round history.
  • Verify entry payments and process prize/pot settlement.
  • Validate scores, detect abuse, prevent duplicate sessions, and flag suspicious gameplay.
  • Generate winner replay videos and pot-update social media posts.
  • Monitor performance, debug errors, improve game balance, and protect the platform.
  • Comply with legal, security, financial, tax, dispute, or enforcement obligations where applicable.

6. Sharing Information

We may share or expose information in the following ways:

  • Public leaderboards, winner announcements, social posts, and gameplay videos may show usernames, scores, round numbers, and pot amounts.
  • Wallet addresses and transaction signatures may be visible through Solana network activity and block explorers.
  • Infrastructure providers may process data for hosting, databases, logging, security, and delivery of the game.
  • Wallet providers and RPC providers may receive wallet or transaction requests when you connect, pay, or interact with Solana.
  • TikTok or other social platforms may receive generated videos, captions, winner details, pot amounts, and publish metadata if social posting is enabled.
  • We may disclose information if required for legal compliance, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, or protection of users and the platform.

7. Cookies and Local Storage

Omnii V1 may use browser storage for session state, admin tokens, wallet connection flow, or user experience preferences. Wallet providers may use their own storage, cookies, or app browser behavior. Server logs may also record ordinary request metadata for reliability and security.

8. Data Retention

We retain account, round, entry, score, replay, settlement, payout, and social post records for as long as needed to operate the game, maintain leaderboard integrity, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, meet legal obligations, and keep historical game records. Some blockchain data cannot be deleted by Omnii V1 because it exists on public networks.

9. Your Choices

  • You can choose not to connect a wallet or enter paid rounds.
  • You can choose a username that does not identify you personally.
  • You can clear local browser storage or disconnect wallet permissions through your wallet app.
  • You can contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of information we control, subject to game integrity, legal, security, and blockchain limitations.

10. Children

Omnii V1 is not intended for children. Do not use Omnii V1 if you are under the age required to use wallet-connected games, paid competitions, or prize-based services in your location.

11. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect the platform, including server-side score validation, session controls, database-backed records, and restricted admin access. No online service can be guaranteed completely secure.

12. International Use

Omnii V1 may be accessed from different locations. By using the site, you understand that information may be processed in the United States or other locations where our infrastructure, service providers, or administrators operate.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as Omnii V1 changes. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date and publish the revised policy on this page.

14. Contact

For privacy questions or requests, contact the Omnii V1 operator through the official communication channel listed on Omnii.fun or the project repository. If no separate contact channel is listed, use the admin/operator contact method associated with the Omnii project.

This policy is a practical draft for the current Omnii V1 prototype and should be reviewed by qualified counsel before broader public launch, paid growth campaigns, or higher-volume prize pools.
