These Terms of Service govern access to Omnii V1, available at Omnii.fun. Omnii V1 is a browser-based competitive arcade game with wallet login, timed rounds, leaderboards, score validation, replay storage, and prize-pot features. By using Omnii V1, you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility

You may use Omnii V1 only if you are legally able to participate in wallet-connected games, paid competitions, and prize-based services in your location. You are responsible for complying with all laws, rules, and restrictions that apply to you. Do not use Omnii V1 if you are under the required age or if participation is prohibited where you live.

2. Wallets and Accounts

Omnii V1 uses supported crypto wallets for login, entry payments, and payouts. You are responsible for your wallet, private keys, recovery phrases, transactions, and network fees. Omnii V1 will never ask for your seed phrase or private key. Usernames must not impersonate others, violate rights, or contain abusive, misleading, or illegal content.

3. Gameplay and Competition

Omnii V1 runs timed rounds. Players may enter eligible rounds, play the game during the round window, submit scores, and appear on the leaderboard. The highest valid score for a round may win according to the active round settings. Round timing, entry fees, platform fees, duration, and payout behavior may change over time.

4. Entry Fees, Pot, and Payouts

Entry fees may contribute to a round pot. Omnii V1 may deduct a platform fee before calculating the winner payout. Winner payouts may be credited to an in-app winnings balance before the winner chooses to cash out to the connected wallet. Cash-outs depend on successful payment verification, score validation, settlement logic, blockchain network behavior, treasury availability, and wallet availability. Blockchain transactions are irreversible once confirmed. You are responsible for reviewing transaction details before signing.

5. Score Validation and Anti-Cheat

Omnii V1 may validate sessions, run duration, tap count, replay data, event hashes, duplicate submissions, payment signatures, and other signals. Scores may be accepted, rejected, flagged, delayed, or removed if they appear invalid, manipulated, automated, duplicated, abusive, or inconsistent with normal gameplay. Omnii V1 may withhold settlement while reviewing suspicious activity.

6. Replay Data and Social Content

Omnii V1 stores gameplay replay data so scores can be reviewed and videos can be generated. Winner videos, pot updates, leaderboard content, and promotional posts may include username, score, round number, pot amount, replay visuals, and related game information. Do not use Omnii V1 if you do not want this game activity used in public leaderboard or social media content.

7. Prohibited Conduct

• Do not cheat, automate gameplay, manipulate clients, bypass validation, or submit fabricated replay data.
• Do not abuse wallet flows, payments, payouts, support systems, APIs, or infrastructure.
• Do not attempt unauthorized access to admin tools, databases, servers, keys, tokens, or accounts.
• Do not harass users, impersonate others, infringe rights, or use unlawful usernames or content.
• Do not interfere with the availability, security, fairness, or integrity of Omnii V1.

8. Availability and Changes

Omnii V1 is an early product and may change, pause, fail, or become unavailable. Features, round settings, wallet support, social posting, payout behavior, and eligibility may be modified or discontinued. We may suspend access, reject entries, remove scores, or restrict users when needed to protect the platform or comply with obligations.

9. No Financial Advice

Omnii V1 is a game and competition product. Nothing on Omnii.fun is financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. SOL values, USD estimates, prize pools, transaction costs, and market prices may change. You are responsible for your own decisions and any taxes, fees, or reporting obligations.

10. Third-Party Services

Omnii V1 may rely on wallets, Solana RPC providers, hosting providers, email providers, TikTok, social media APIs, and other third-party services. Their terms, policies, outages, and restrictions may affect your use of Omnii V1.

11. Disclaimers

Omnii V1 is provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, accuracy, security, and error-free performance.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Omnii V1 and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, lost data, wallet compromise, transaction errors, network failures, rejected scores, delayed payouts, or unavailable services.

13. Disputes

If there is a dispute about a score, entry, payout, or account, contact support through Omnii.fun. We may review replay data, validation data, transaction records, logs, and related information to make a reasonable operational decision. These terms do not limit rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as Omnii V1 changes. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date and publish the revised terms on this page.
